Wide grip bench from last night, cuz I’m just tryna grow some boobz 😂 . I did six sets of three at 135 then an AMRAP (as many reps as possible) wide grip at 115 and got 11 YAY! . The new bench setup is starting to feel so much more natural (yay) and I’m excited to see how heavier weight moves with a wider grip in a few months. I WILL be hitting the third attempt bench I missed in November next meet if I have anything to say about it 😈
Bench recap. 50kg x4 52.5kg x2 55kg x1 57.5kg/~126.8lbs 2x1 I’m only working on building overall strength. Hence the sets with very few reps. The two top singles weren’t 100% mine but 60kg ain’t gonna lift itself. I gotta get up there somehow.
Throwing it back to this past July. Crazy how time flies, all I know is I’m missing my ultimate gym buddy @_nikolina.cura.fina_ , our guest passes to every gym in the tri-state area and protein shakes made by the OG at synergy😂 I can definitely say I’ve grown from this point in my life and can’t wait to see what lies ahead in my journey.
