Favorite dessert on repeat lately 🙌🏻. I just recently learned how to make these little beauties (ps it's seriously the easiest thing ever) and I spend most of my time thinking about when I can have another one 😂. To be honest- I once made a post about how I thought acai bowls were a bit overrated 😅 but it was before I ever tried one. As delicious as I think they are, the fact remains that they have hardly any protein and I could think of a zillion easier ways to hit my daily micronutrients 🙃. The way I've made this one here it has 360 calories 5g protein, 11g fiber, and about 25% of vitamin C, A, calcium, and iron. Not bad, but I plan to keep experimenting with ways to get more protein and micros in there while still keeping them this tasty. I'll keep ya posted 😉😋 #dessert#sunday#acaibowl

💯Patience Is Not the Ability to Wait: Patience is not the ability to wait. Patience is to be calm no matter what happens, constantly take action to turn it to positive growth opportunities, and have faith to believe that it will all work out in the end while you are waiting.
What a week. Started off with shoulder/wrist pain, making me take a week off of the gym (which felt nice). Now, no pain, but bench and narrow squats yesterday for volume (and also devoured this bad boy😈)
