One of the best investments I’ve made recently was buying an AIR FRYER. I call it my “grown up easy bake oven” 👩🍳 and I’M OBSESSED 😍... Everything comes out extra crispy, cooks quickly and the clean-up is simple. Plus, an air fryer needs no oil so it's a great way to give your food texture without adding calories. . Here’s a few of my favorite things to cook in the air fryer: •Shrimp 🍤 •Chicken 🐔 (aka non-breaded chicken nuggets) •Butternut Squash 🍠 •Sweet potato 🍟 (umm fat free French fries?!!) •Brussel Sprouts •Zucchini 🥒 •Broccoli/ Cauliflower •Protein muffins 🍞 (yes you can bake in it!) . 👉 I have the NuWave Brio 3 QT Air Fryer… It generally retails for $99, but I used one of those random Bed, Bath & Beyond 20% off coupons to get it cheaper lol 😂💰. . 🤗 If you have an air fryer, comment below some of your favorite recipes!!
“How do you stay motivated all the time?” - one of the questions I get asked the most. Truth: I don’t. Today I’m not motivated. I don’t feel like training and it will show - I’ll probably complain later about how weak I felt. It’s mostly in my head but also the fact that I got no sleep last night. What gets me to the gym every day though is HABIT. I am used to going every day, whether I get a good workout or not. In the end, something always turns out to be better than absolutely nothing. If nothing else, it’s a mental break from life.
