SHAKE IT UP!!! Day 17: What's it like to replace two meals a day with shakes??? Most people that I talk to about Arbonne are a little concerned and hesitant to replace two meals a day with a shake. I totally understand that and before I started my detox I was a little concerned myself. I thought I would be hungry, starving myself, or missing food. However, it did the complete opposite. My shakes are enriched with 20 grams of vegan protein to help me feel fuller longer, it helps boost energy, helps retain a healthy blood sugar level, does not spike blood sugar, and it has over 20 vitamins and minerals, and ONLY 160 calories for two scoops. It's also gluten free, no gmo, and vegan. In addition to my protein, I add a scoop of fiber. This is only 30 calories! It has 12 grams of fiber, helps you feel fuller longer, and has no fats or cholesterol and helps your digestive track. For my favorite shake, I like to add 1 cup of organic unsweetened almond milk, about a 1/2 cup of blueberries, and some spinach, plus a tad bit of water and ice to make it the perfect consistency that I like. It tastes amazing and it's a great way to start my day. I'm not hungry and if I do begin to feel like I need something before I have another shake or meal, I have one of my energy fizz drinks that are filled with B vitamins to give me a little pick me up. Along with this I have several snack options if needed between my meals. So to answer the question, "what's it like to replace two meals a day with a shakes?", this would be my response. ๐Ÿค—๐Ÿ’•๐ŸŒฟ It's not hard or painful, you're not starving, you are getting the proper nutrients that you need to conquer your day and it's so fast and convenient. It makes your life that much easier. Say no to the convenience of fast food or processed foods.
