I. Am. Dragging. 😴 Day 25/90 and back workout is in the books. But, I have not been doing well 😔 My nutrition has been lacking (as you can tell by the breakouts on my face 😒) and I just feel kind of shitty. But, I'm not throwing in the towel! Even though I have had a rocky couple of days (eating more 20/80 instead of 80/20) I'm not gonna give up. I'm just gonna push forward, prep some healthy food and keep going! ✨ This is a journey, not a destination ✨
Body Beast Leg Day is COMPLETE!!! Thank God for that!!! There's some video on my story if you're interested in seeing how out of breath I was!!! It's never easy and we're not always where we want to be... but consistent effort and appreciation for minor growth will get us there!!!!
Yeesh my pants are so ugly they're pretty... I was a day behind an I'm busy the next 2 days so I had to get caught up... my poor wittle wegs are gonna be so super sore tomorrow.... but I LOVE IT... super duper sweaty workout today... now it's time to put some lunch in my belly... Im off schedule today... o well 😁
