Time to get real for a min. I did my workout thus afternoon during the twins nap and I felt awful! So tired, weak, and therefore less motivated. I'm not sick, so I was wondering why in the world I have been struggling so bad the last few days. Then I had a thought. Hoping someone can shed some light on this! . I'm currently taking muscle relaxants before bed because I'm totally wrecking my jaw. I clench and grind my teeth SOOO bad when I sleep! (I already have a mouth guard I've been wearing for a while a well!) I'm wondering if the muscle relaxants are affecting my workouts. I guess I didn't expect the effects to last clear into my next day. . Any of you have experience with this? Thoughts?
