Brekkie of the day is a big ass bowl of oats 😍 I’ve been playing around with my training split recently, and at the moment I’m trying to hit glutes 4x a week (inspired by @stephanie_buttermore) because I reaaaaally wanna bring them up (what girl doesn’t 🤷🏼♀️). The idea is to activate your glutes regularly while hopefully avoiding recovery issues because they’re not full blown max efforts from the glutes every single time. I’ve taken measurements and I’ll report back after doing it for a while 😈 But I do wanna know, anyone out there who trains for the 🍑, what are your favourite exercises for glutes?
