Whats Wrong With Fitness Plans, Programs and Challenges targeting body transformations. Well there are many problems, but I can narrow it down to 1 curcial element of transformation, the Mindset to Transform! Everyday thousands of people begin following a meal plan or hit the gym in hopes of transforming their body's. Great! Thats awesome! You want to tranform but you won't make it very long, maybe not even past the first week. You see, whats wrong with these challenges and programs is that they never truly help you transform your mental and emotional game! Sure you might see results following a meal plan but I bet you've seen results before and some how found yourself right back to where you started or quite possibly worse. Next time, before you commit to transforming your body, get your mind right!
Anyone else do fasted cardio this morning?? 🙋🏽♀️👏🏽 (cardio before breakfast) some people like it, some don’t. I feel like it works really well for me, especially when I’m trying to lean out, which I am about to start doing in about a month 😬 so I’m slowly introducing early morning cardio again! Biggest cardio tip: find what you like to do and get it done!! There is ALWAYS time. You might be super tired at first, but you’ll adapt. We make time for the things that are important to us, so if getting fit and being healthy is a priority, you HAVE to make time for it.
