You guys are killing it so far! For day 3 we are playing with thread the needle + eagle legs and for the sake of calling it something let's go with thread the eagle because that flows off the tongue. I'm not going to lie to you, it's a little tricky at first. Once you get your balance though it's smooth sailing. Here are some tips for how I enter the pose: - In a kneeling position get your legs into eagle - Slowly lower your chest to the mat. Think puppy pose with eagle legs. - Now thread the needle. Once you are rotated and have your balance, bring your hands to prayer. It felt so good to get my workout in this morning! There is no way it would have happened tonight. I painted the ceilings in our house ALL day today and my body is aching! . I made it through about half my workout this morning before my little workout buddy joined me! It's always a little crazy when Clara joins me but it's fun! . Teaching her good habits early is so important! She's already my good little eater and it looks like working out isn't too far off! So cute!
