Killed a #chestandarmsday today. Had my #c4 preworkout beforehand as usual. The #pump I got today was insane😲 My #biceps and #triceps were so tight and #pumped They looked huge😮 To be honest when I flexed I didn't particularly like that look on me. 💥💥MAKE YOUR OWN HIIT WORKOUT💥💥. - -------------------------------------------------------------------- ☞Think about the simplest exercises that have big movement or use big muscles. Think squat jumps, cycling, sprinting, rowing, burpees, slams or kettlebell swings. - 🤔If you need to think about your movements everytime you workout you aren't doing HIIT. - ⌚Duration matters. You should be working for an amount of time that you can maintain the certain intensity you use. (HIIT training should be done at near maximal effort if not max effort every set) - 👇So if you slow considerably after 20 seconds into an interval you probably shouldnt be doing 1 minute intervals. Slowing down to reach the target intetval time won't give you the desired effect. - 😴Don't be fooled into taking shorter rest. The most researched methods of #hiit training that is proven to work usually uses rest that is either half, the same or double the time for the working interval. Remember the purpose of the  rest is to maintain the same effort each interval. Not to let it slip. - 🚀Workouts should be short and fast. Stay with moves you can perform fast without risk of injury. And remember, if your workout is longer then 20 minutes, chances are its not HIIT anymore. - 💡💡💡Try these ideas💡💡💡. - Choose either Squat jump, cylce, medball slam, rowing, battle ropes. - Work 100percent effort for 15 seconds. - Rest for 15 seconds. - Total of 15-20 intervals.
