ONE DAY or DAY ONE?! I'm choosing day one. . Between the million things I've been swamped with over the last few months, my own fitness has taken somewhat of a backseat. Don't get me wrong - I'm all for BALANCE and I have zero regret for any of the celebrating I've been doing 🤣 - but it's now time for me to swing the pendulum the other way and get BACK ON!! . So, today is day one of the first at-home fitness program I ever did - the original INSANITY 🙌🏼🙌🏼 Luckily, I have sweet @rickwood18 to do it with me too 😀❤️ . So tonight was before pics/measurements and the always dreaded FIT TEST 😳 (I'm fine with how I look BUT all the wine/pizza/birthday cake from the last few weeks has definitely caught up to me 😂🎂🍷🍕). Surprisingly, I did better on this fit test than I did on it 4 years ago...but I'm happy to be DONE WITH DAY ONE! . Stay tuned... we'll be at this for the next 63 days 😜💪🏼
