"After climbing one great hill, one only finds that there are many more hills to climb" - Nelson Mandela (That's not me in the photo, I'm not a balding man! Random climber spotted on Almscliffe Crag 😁) How do you feel after you achieve a goal? Some of us (and some of my nearest and dearest) do not feel able to take any pleasure in their achievements. Instead we are immediately stressed by the challenge of the next thing that needs doing. I don't know how to change this mindset. How do we start to take a little satisfaction, without the constant fear that if we do this, we will rest on our laurels and not move on further?
