Homemade #polvorones❄ One of my favorite Spanish Christmas treats. The commercial ones are a bit too sweet for my taste, so I tweaked the recipe to adapt to slightly less sweet version. The customizability is the virtue of home baking!
Hello friends, we’re back for another giveaway! This time we’re asking people to mention what they are thankful for. We’ll be choosing our favorite response. Happy Thanksgiving to you and your family ❤️
Drop jaws around the dining table with our flavor-packed Mushroom Tart recipe! Mushroom Tart Serves 6-8 Ingredients: 2 tablespoons butter 2 tablespoons olive oil 2 shallots, sliced thin 2 cups crimini mushrooms, sliced thin 1 can Dynasty Straw Mushrooms 1 bag Dynasty Shiitake Mushrooms, rehydrated 3 cloves garlic, minced fine splash of sherry vinegar 1 teaspoon kosher salt freshly ground pepper 2 sprigs thyme, leaves removed from stem 1 sheet puff pastry, thawed chopped chives, for garnish Directions: Preheat oven to 400°F. In a large skillet, add the butter and olive oil. Add the sliced shallots to the butter and oil. Stir and let the shallots heat up for 2 minutes, until just fragrant and slightly softened. Add the crimini mushrooms to the shallots, and cook until the mushrooms are softened and the moisture has evaporated, about 5-6 minutes. Add the Dynasty Straw Mushrooms, and Dynasty rehydrated Shiitake mushrooms to the pan and saute for another 1-2 minutes. Add the garlic and sherry vinegar to the pan and sauté for an additional 1-2 minutes. Season generously with salt and pepper. Roll out your puff pastry so that it is larger in size than a large dinner plate. Using the dinner plate upside down as a stencil, cut a circle out of the puff pastry. Using a smaller salad plate, gently score an inner circle inside of the larger puff pastry circle. Using a fork, gently poke the inner circle of the puff pastry. Add the mushroom mixture to the inner circle of pastry. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the pastry is browned and fully cooked. Once fully cooked, top with fresh chives. Serve warm or at room temperature. . . . . . . . . #thanksgiving#mushroom#pizza#delicious#instayum#instagood#igfood#goodeats#instafood#foodporn#food#foodgasm#nom#insta#cleaneating#hungry#foodsharing#foodvsco#foodforfoodies#follow4follow#followforfollow#foodbloggers#eeeeeats#lunch#dinner
Michelin Star Ramen 🤩 I had gotten the shoyu soba, which is made with their black truffle while the shio soba is made with white truffle. The truffle broth was very flavourful and was truly what made this ramen so memorable for me. Sadly they had sold out of ajitama by the time my order was being prepared, but there's always next time right? Out of the two dons, I really enjoyed the diced cubes of pork which were torched and served with yummy bits of fried garlic 🤤 I stopped by around 7:30/8 and although there was a line, the wait was not bad at all! So be sure to check out Tsuta if you happen to be in Tokyo!
