Как вылечиться от жопной болезни? Прийти в Спортлайф на Обводном, увидеть там бабу с необъятным пердаком и понять, что это только на фоточках красиво, а в жизни дирижабль сзади смотрится крайне отвратительно.  У меня далеко не идеальная жопа, а этим летом так и вовсе проёбана (на тренировки забиваю, да-да😔). И неплохо было бы, если бы она стала побольше. Правда для этого надо жрать в профицит, а вместе с жопой придёт и пузо, и бока, и всё по-новой. Набор-слив. В целом, если это комфортно, то ничего страшного в этом нет. Но на данный момент мне всего этого не хочется. Когда сделаю нормальную фоточку будет пост о моём опыте набора-слива.  Изначально я пришла в зал именно за жопой, насмотревшись мотивационных видосов Усмановой на ютубе. Но я и квадры хотела, и спину, и плечи. Получив всё это (что-то в большей, что-то в меньшей степени), я поняла, что мне гораздо важнее развитие силы и выносливости. С тех пор я стала гораздо критичнее относиться к фитнес-свинини и прочему дибилдингу. Изучив тонну информации, я узнала как работает наше тело с т.з. биохимии и биомеханики. All the hard work and glute activation @mrsdillons_diary has done has paid off!! Gone from 🥞 to 🍑 just by firing up those glutes and actually using them instead of letting her quads take over! A few people messaged Me to ask about it. I was first introduced to glute activation back in December by the lovely @georgiasfitlife  Basically I was very quad dominant which meant the front part of my legs were much stronger than the rear 😉 they were doing all the work.  By activating the bum muscles pre workout and becoming what I call "glute aware" I learned how to contract my glute and hamstring muscles during workouts.  You gotta get that squeeze and hold tension on those booty muscles. Otherwise it's impossible to go from 🥞🥞🥞 to 🍑🍑🍑 Anyone having booty trouble or lack of it. Throwback to last night's pick and mix rice bowl 🍚 Pretty boring post, but this morning has been a slower start than usual. Realised last night I am close to burn out from a hectic period at work, so I decided to switch up my routine and push today's training session to tomorrow (I have the day off!) so that I could survive the commute into the city today. It was an uncomfortable decision because I enjoy the consistency of my routine, but I feel a million times better that I felt last night as a result of the extra sleep... and I know tomorrow's session will be all the more productive as a result. I guess what I'm acknowledging is that sometimes it's important to listen to your body, make positive decisions to safeguard it... and own those choices like a boss! 💁🏻👊
