#equinoxe#newyork#williamsburg#light#travel#insideandout
This is why @physiquedoctor is my coach and why I value his friendship and support and also why I will be successful in my quest for health and wellness both on and off the stage. #mindbodysoul#insideandout 🙏🏻👍🏻💪🏻❤️ #repost @physiquedoctor (@get_repost) ・・・ No. I'm not prepping for any show. I'm prepping for the life I desire to live. Growing up my physique was a big challenge and I had tons of stubborn body fat that would stare at me every day in the mirror. So I took a deep dive. I became a student. Every day I learn more and come closer to my potential. I have been in a state of ease with my nutrition, focusing on listening to my body's cues, intuitively giving myself what I need through many styles of eating, and training with the mindset of a sculptor creating his masterpiece. But don't get it confused.... the body isn't my top priority! I'm grateful to be aware that it is energetically connected to the mind and soul. All too often I see people in a stressful personal race to change their body, especially in the sport of bodybuilding, that causes them to neglect the balance that comes with striving for your mind and soul's potential. I would argue that the lack of balance I speak of is where the struggles and challenges with your physique actually stem from. Take a moment to feed your mind something you find interesting and seek out ways to inspire your soul and I promise you, your path will become more enjoyable and more efficient.
