Yoga inversions + rain 🙌🏼🤸🏾♀️ Yesss please! Pure bliss ✨!! _ My normal Yoga practice wasn't calling to me today. I needed something to help regain my focus, balance, clarity. In short, today I really felt like I needed something challenging - both mentally and physically 🙏🏼✨. _ I'm planning a big week ahead. Planning to push myself a little further, set tighter goals. My to-do list is growing, I have so many projects I want to undertake/ complete! When I start to feel overwhelmed I know I need to practice what I preach. And take a moment or two away from my overactive mind 🙏🏼✨. _ Inversions honestly challenge me. And not just physically. They force me to stop overthinking my million and one thoughts for a few minutes. They teach my mind to focus. If I don't focus I will fall. If my mind is busy and in a constant state of mind chatter, I will fall. It teaches me to be calm and be fully present in the current moment. Sometimes that is all I need to regain my clarity again 🙏🏼✨. _ I recommend to practice your inversions daily. Especially if you also suffer from an overactive mind. Always start against a wall and make sure you are engaging your core muscles. If you are not comfortable enough for inversions just yet, there are many other balance poses you can try (tree, dancer etc) As always, feel free to PM me with any questions! Always here to help 💕
