60 strict #pullups total today and lots of accessory work in between classes and clients. No time for a proper training session but atleast managed to squeeze a lot out of a little ;) Nothing better than some #bodyweighttraining. I always say that lifting weights come easy and most people quickly get stronger in that way but not many people have the patience it takes to put time into moving their own bodyweight efficiently. Here’s the reality of being a coach both for myself and a business and volunteering. Truth is I couldn’t be more thankful for it. Majority of says is me wishing I could clone myself so I could get everything done quicker, barely having time to each, and running around like a chicken with my head cut off. I get up every morning with my work brain on and it doesn’t shut off until I finally shut my eyes. I love seeing everyone eager to learn and strive towards bettering myself. This chicken and avocado meal was only my second meal today at 9:00 at night. Only way I could eat is was while I was waiting for my car to warm up after work. Remember we all have the same 24 hours in a day. It is your choice how you are going to spend them. The ONLY person stopping you from doing the things you want is YOU! So go do it!
