Finally got my #runrise this morning ☀️✌🏻 things have been a bit all of the place in terms of running since City 2 Sea but I'm trying to stay motivated and consistent with this heat even though I'm not currently training for anything.
When Keith walked into my life I was beginning to question if I would meet the one I would spend my life with. Maybe what I thought was my fairy tale ending would never happen. Then it was just another day at work when he pulled up in a golf cart dressed to the nines asking for a beer. It was instant butterflies. I did not know at that time this man would be my husband. But there was something about him that was different - he made me different in the best way possible. Somethings are meant to be. Destiny is waiting around the corner and it will hit you like a ton of bricks out of no where. But it will be the best thing ever. I didn’t fight it and went along for the ride of my life!

Had the worst sleep last night 😭😭 The human body is an amazing machine 👉Thursday nights I run home after a 10 hour work day and teaching myself to run at night after a long day and start running when exhausted. Only doing 3k run but slowly gearing up to a 20k as part of the intense training for the ultra marathon in may I couldn't run last night as hubby is on night shift and had to get home early as possible. My body didn't want to sleep. buzzing around cause it's used to running after work and putting myself under pressure. My body was missing something and aboustly has stuffed me up.
