Leadership Academy was fab 💪🏽💖 So great to be around hundreds of positive people with vision and determination to achieve their goals and go for their dreams! 🤩🤓 This lovely lady @lucyking_1 told me on Sunday that from training and doing personal development, she’s decided to follow her passion, and instead of looking at graduate schemes that didn’t interest her, she is now going to do a Masters in Nutrition! 😍💕☺️ So excited to see how many people’s lives we can change in 2018! 🤪💕😊

As leaders you're responsible for so much more than getting the job finished. Your team is priority. They are the reason the job van get finished in the first place. -- Managing people is the mark of a great #ceo. So when there is a breakdown in the process the first thing I ask is 'How is everyone personally on the team?' and then work backwards from there. #archer#expert#everybodypaddles - the row towards excellence.
