BACK ON...the track 3 x 1k @ 3:28/5:35 pace w/1min rest 🤤Stopped due to feeling like a puke 2 x 1km @ 3:20/5:21 pace w/1min rest 16km/10miles Total run HR 120bpm ......😰 Have I ever mentioned that I dislike speedwork outs and especially intervals? They just don't gel with me. Maybe because I've just not done enough of them or maybe because they make me feel nauseous! As mentioned, did the first 3 sets at set pace with a 60 second rest but had to stop for a longer 10min rest before the forth repeat. Body was not liking this and I pretty much did not want to continue, especially now that I had extended my break beyond the allocated 1 minute which rendered the exercise now futile. Mentally, I did not like this at all so completed the final two repeats. Glad I did but will still need to return to this workout again shortly to finish it properly. So yeah, back on the track but certainly not back on track!
