I ummed and errrred about splurging on this beautiful glowy primer from Charlotte Tilbury. I eventually took the plunge after a few weeks of deliberation. The packaging was stunning and it is sooo pretty to use. Unfortunately, I hadn’t considered how sensitive my skin is and it totally doesn’t agree with me. I’m talking red, watery eyes and everything. 🤦♀️ So the hunt for make-up more suited to my sensitive skin continues...
Tiger's eye with clear quartz and red wood mala necklace. This piece is not for sale considering I made it for my own healing. But I have more tiger's eye if anybody is interested in a replica of this. I've not been able to take it off since I made it (except at the gym) even though its held together with steel wire which makes it super sturdy. Does anybody else just feel better wearing heavy natural stone beads? In a weird way the weight helps me remember to stay grounded. Its funny how our brains associate things to help us remember them, when they are things one wouldn't remember necessarily in times of stress. Tiger's Eye is a most ancient talisman, mysterious and powerful, revered and feared an “all-seeing all-knowing eye,” thought to grant a wearer the ability to observe everything, even through closed doors. It was chosen by the Egyptians for the eyes in their deity statues to express divine vision, and was believed to provide the protection of the sun and earth combined, of Ra, the sun god and Geb, god of the growing land. Linked to the magical tiger, the king of beasts in Eastern mythology, Tiger’s Eye portrayed courage, integrity and right use of power. It has been highly regarded throughout history as a stone of prosperity and good fortune, protecting one’s resources and reflecting back malice or threats from others. • • • #freewrite#fireelement#tigerseye#malabeads#malanecklace#venenumco#handmade#crystalnecklace#clearquartz#makepeace#makeart#makelove#makelight#yogi#astheuniversesothesoul#prosperity#protection#allseeing#integrity#originality#spirituality#rajayoga#onelife#onelove#embraceall
