There is something oddly satisfying about the way @meowmeix laid this one out. She also spells out some great info about the different benefits of these protein sources in the caption (go check her page out yet if you haven’t; full of great ideas) - She said👇🏽 - My favorite protein sources! 🍳 It’s important to vary your protein sources to get the different benefits from each. . Also, I cannot emphasize enough how important it is to buy pasture-raised chicken & eggs, grass-fed beef & bison and wild salmon 🍃 It’s not the meat that has inflammatory properties but if they’re fed a diet of grains & antibiotics with little to no sunshine that can be detrimental to your health!❤️ . Below is a breakdown of the some of the different benefits of each protein source. P.S. if you want some plant based sources of protein next leave a comment below. . Pasture-Raised Chicken: high protein source, lean, a good source of vitamin B6 & niacin. (Source 1) . Try something new Tuesdays. _ As many others are, I know how I train and I feel safe in that lane. However, I’m learning the hard way this isn’t necessarily beneficial. _ Bodybuilding training relies much on the isolation of few muscles. Does the body work like this in daily movement? No way. _ Forever confused why I pick up little injuries training the best way I knew how. Now I’m learning how the body moves throughout. _ So I’m trying new things.. hopefully off the baby weights as soon as possible and I’ll be a mobile ninja in no time.
“If you change the way you look at things, the things you look at change.” -Wayne Dyer- I think this quote is 100% true, what you guys think? 🤔 • Know you can decide in a moment that you are going to change your situation and start taking action. If you really want to get fit, do it, start now, make a plan, find out what you need to get where you wanna get. Be patient and expect a rough but well worth ride! 💪🏽😄 #goforit
