#transformationtuesday I was hesitant to post this pic today. Not because I am embarrassed by my lack of aesthetics, or the presence of my stomach, but because I’m not done with this round of my workout. This is my progress for the “Superhero Challenge”. For the past 9 weeks I’ve been bulking. I’ve been using supplements, eating big, and lifting big too. And you can see the gains I’ve made in just 9 weeks. What supplements? Ask and I’ll tell you. Its nothing special. Now I still have 5 weeks left to cut weight. That means dropping calories, lowering carbs, and adding cardio. I’m not done yet, and even after this round is over, I still won’t be done. Hell, I will NEVER be done improving my body. And that’s a good thing. Todays workouts, back and arm day.Just out here trying to create a new look in 1.5 weeks :/ with some Mass and a new style of posing,going to try go as big and full as possible while staying somewhat lean to the gala, I’ll worry about conditioning next week. Definitely enjoying the switch up of programs again, always good to confuse the mind and body! 1.5 weeks out , practice practice practice.
