Serving up some warm & comforting slow-cooker chicken potato chili to tackle these last chilly 11 days of #januarywhole30 (!) _____________________ Ingredients: 2 lbs chicken thighs (can also use breasts) 2 Tbsp @chosenfoods avocado oil 2 medium russet potatoes, chopped 2 medium sweet potatoes, chopped 1 Tbsp of each: chili powder, ancho chili pepper, paprika, cumin Pink himalayan salt & pepper 4 garlic cloves, chopped 1 C @kettleandfire chicken bone broth juice of 1 lime 1/2 C cilantro, chopped _____________________ Directions: Place all ingredients in your slow-cooker (I placed chicken on bottom, potatoes on top) minus the cilantro & lime juice. Cook on high for 4-5 hours Take out chicken and shred with 2 forks, then add in cilantro & lime juice and cook for additional 15-20 min.
🗓 20.01 - Happy weekend lovess ✌🏻 For those in a rela, do you cook or does your partner cook? I’ve been trying to get my boo to cook for yearsss. The extent of his cooking in our 11 yr relationship has been 2 sandwiches 😂 Any tips on easy dishes to get him started? haha • His response now a days when I ask him to cook for us is “When you get pregnant” or “Why don’t you organise @youfoodz” 🤨 FINE!
