Served this coleslaw that was taught by my grandmother using simple ingredients like cabbage, carrots, cucumbers and vegan mayo at a party and I'm so glad everyone enjoyed it! Avokado Buckwheat Pasta 😜🥑 Can a meal be both tasty & plant based? Abso-holy-lutely! 😍🌟 I used 0,5 avokado, 1 tbsp olive oil, basil leaves, 1 big garlic clove, 1 tbsp lemon juice, salt&pepper. You can also add some soaked cashews for more creaminess 🌟👏🏽😋
💆♀️ MORNING GLORY 💆♀️ _________________________ You may have seen on one of my posts from earlier in the week, I am committing to 40 days of: AM: ▪ Mindfulness breathing ▪ Ayurvedic massage ▪ Drinking 1.5L of water before breakfast PM: ▪ Stretch ▪ Thank the universe ▪ Meditate It's been 3 days, but so far - so good. ☆ This morning I sat buck-naked on a towel on the floor while I gave myself a massage with warm coconut oil infused with Lavender and Frankincense. The great thing about this is not only do I get a whole body massage, but I also get to feel and appreciate the parts of my body that I have been told not to love. It's very therapeutic. ☆ After the massage, I follow up with some mindfulness breathing just to center myself before I begin the day. And I finish with a gratitude mantra, thanking the universe and Namaste.
