Always the girl holding the dog at the party 🤷♀️ But seriously, sometimes I get asked if I'm one of those health IGers who goes to bed at 9PM every night, wakes up at 6AM and drinks a litre of green juice 🤔 Don't get me wrong, I am all about all of those things, I think they're great habits to form! But I do struggle to fall asleep by 9PM and keeping a balance between relaxing at home and going out is what makes me happy. If I spend too much time at home I go crazy! And no amount of green juice could fix that haha. But in saying that I do adapt the whole going out thing to suit me, I drink @remedykombucha instead of alcohol and try my best to get home at a reasonable time (though I can never sleep😩). I think this is part of a healthy lifestyle. I am by no means a party girl but I do incorporate it into my life to maintain happiness and mental health is probably the most important aspect of health! Who agrees?
