I’ve been in my own bubble, feeling extremely stressed... welcome to finals week. Finals, essays, studying I’ve basically already lost my mind and it’s not over yet. Thank god it’s the weekend, although I feel like I can’t relax just yet... this is the moment when your mental health is extremely important. Yoga Saved My Life Those four words seem to come up time and again in the Yoga community. People just like us, with all our flaws and foibles, our different shapes and sizes, our stresses and anxieties. Millions of us have found something in yoga that saved us ❤ . Each one of us with our own unique story, united in the fact that were all still breathing and all doing yoga. The Fierce Calm project imagines what we could achieve if we start to bring all those stories together. 🙏 . We want you to share your story with us. What if, by sharing them, one of those stories resonated with someone who had never been near a yoga mat. . What if we could add one more new story to those of us who are able to say: Yoga saved my life. . So here we are. We want to start putting those stories together. Starting right here on insta and then on our website and then a charity book. As a not for profit, we'll use any funds raised to support yoga charities and to create a network aimed at bringing yoga to those who otherwise would not have access to teachers. . I set my alarm got up got dressed went to work like a normal person today. It was just for an assessment but it was interesting being in that building. Some people said hi, some folk pretended I wasn't there. The students tho that's why I'd go back they were completing there projects I started with them and it looked fabulous. I wish I could of seen it out with them. Some of them begged me to come back soon #torn
