Happy happy Monday!! • Remember this week that you’re worthy of happiness and loving yourself! We get so caught up with comparing ourselves to others and judging your progress with how we look on the outside. It’s important to listen to how you’re feeling mentally. • I’m going to be turning this account into more of mental health than physical. I am still working on my fitness journey, but I am gearing it more towards my mental health. • I have started eating and working out more intuitively. Working out because I want to not because I have to. Eating healthy the majority of the time, but not feeling guilty for splurging on something. • Listen to yourself and do what makes you happy!! Stop focusing on other’s lives and live your own! Make your life the best it can be and do things that are fulfilling!
