Leg Day Monday: Most bros avoid leg training like the plague. "Awww my knee kinda hurts today bro...."I personally love training legs the most out of any bodypart--I'd train them daily and over chest, arms and shoulders ANY day of the week. โž–โž–โž–โž–โž– Most of this is due to my background in sports which required a large amount of lower body muscular endurance and explosive strength--hockey, track and field, and indoor/beach volleyball. โž–โž–โž–โž–โž–โž–โž–โž–โž–โž–โž–โž–However hypertrophy and training for muscular growth in the legs looks a little different then sports training so the last few years my lower body training has had to adapt. โž–โž–โž–โž–โž–โž– Currently back on a 2x week leg training split with a focus on the hamstrings. Most guys my height have shitty leg development (why lots of them do men's physique tbh) but that ain't me gonna have some wheels onstage 2018 ๐Ÿ˜œ

Pretty much every guy wants an impressive set of arms let's face it. As one of the muscle groups that's almost always visible year round, shirt stretchers are well sought after by any male gym rat. โž–โž–โž–โž–โž–โž–โž–โž–โž–โž– I have garbage bicep genetics which has made it probably one of the most frustrating body parts to train and least responsive to stimulus--irritating is an understatement. Essentially I have long and flat bicep muscle bellies and long tendon insertions, also long ass monkey arms. What this means is though I can add thickness (look decent from side chest pose), they look practically non-existent in a front or rear double bicep shot. So much so that I essentially refuse to do those poses in public because they're embarrassing--sad but true ๐Ÿ˜‚ People always talk about my arm veins blah blah. blah, yeah well that means shit all when it comes to actual muscle size folks. โž–โž–โž–โž–โž–โž–โž–โž–โž–โž–โž–โž–BUT that doesn't mean I have given up on them yet. Currently trying out a training regimen where I will isolate the biceps every other day with a decent amount of volume focusing on a full stretch in the bicep and hold in the upper contracted position. Higher reps moderate weight.The vast majority of the exercises are going to focus on the inner/short head of the biceps, I will post those up with more explanation later. I've tried this before and I can't say the success has been mind blowing so I'm skeptical, but for some people it could be a game changer!  Get at it ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿผ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿผ
