Okay i want to bring this to everyone attention.. eating clean does not mean you have to restrict yourself from EVERY snack or “bad” meal or “cravings” that you get. It means you ARE ALLOWED to have them but with a controlled amount. I cannot stress that enough. You can have one snack one day without the guilt. You do not have to go 1 full month of eating clean and then binge for the next week bc you deserve it.NO. Thats not how it works.
