This is what an ordinary Leg and Glute Training Day looks like for me. ✊🏽🍑 💥  My first set on the assisted Smith machine with quick pumping reps. Never fully extending the knees. Pumping the booty💥  My second set im deadlifting using the cage for the first time lifting 140 each rep.
