After an absolutely wonderful weekend of family fun and precious memories made, I am back home and back on track. Let's be real here. I had a horrible work week last week and let loose a little this weekend. I ate things I normally wouldn't and had a few too many alcoholic beverages, and missed getting a workout in on Saturday but, life is all about balance. Just because I did the above does not mean I should throw in the towel on myself. I still did a workout on Sunday. And then this morning I walked a mile and then this afternoon I danced to You V2. Different workout than I am used to but, effective and made me sweat! I am not perfect but, I am real! Real determined! Real inspired! Real balanced! Really real! So if you are beating yourself up because you got off course on your exercise or healthy meal plan, STOP! Beating yourself up does not help anything. Give yourself grace and get back at it! YOU ARE WORTH IT! YOU CAN DO ANYTHING!
