The last thing I want to pretend to be is perfect. Pretend I have it all together...so far away from the truth. From time to time I struggle with balance, I struggle with consistency. But I learned it's the struggle that actually counts. You have two choices when you struggle: Give into the struggle and feel like you've failed and your not good enough and you never will be, or work through the struggle. Say, "okay I'm struggling now but I know everybody I look up to has had the same struggles. If they got over them and kept pressing on- so can I." Giving up is not an option. Stopping is not an option. Take the time but don't stay there bounce yourself back up and stay on course. Find your balance and don't negotiate your peace and health #itsnotworthit Day 2 complete.. The only bad workout...Is the one you didn't do. 💪🏻😃 This mantra gets me to press play on those "I'm tired" days. EVERYTIME! I worked in the baby class today. Loved every minute with those 15 babies, but let me tell you, it's a whole different kind of day and tiredness level. Plus..I was on a different lunch break then my girls and had to sweat it out alone. Talk about low motivation! Inhaled my pre workout and gave it my best shot. Wasnt too shabby..and I felt great after! 🤗 . 🌟Day 2🌟 in the books. Extremely excited to see my results at the end of 21 days. Just in time to roll in my 30th birthday! Made a goal to be the best me, body mind and soul & I'm on a great road to get there! I got 4 girls right now rocking their challenge! Showing up every day, putting in the work and keeping each other accountable. That specific group is presently full BUT I'm looking for 10 other ladies who want to end this summer fiercely. When you have goals ...you skip the cookies and eat the GREENS!!!! I love taking FULL control every once in a while because it reminds me I have the power to say yes, to say no and to walk away!!!! The old me was controlled by food. Everything around me I ate and I didn't even realize all I was consuming. It still takes discipline and sometimes I lean on BALANCE more than I should!! I promised 100% commitment for 3 weeks and I've got an army of ladies doing those with me!!! I can't cheat , after all I would only be cheating myself! 🙌🏼 Day 2 of turkey burgers and pushing play soon!!! 😍
