Life update/Weight loss progress/rant shitpost ahead: . . . Been plateauing for a while and haven’t been feeling too great about myself because I lost control of my eating habits and haven’t had the physical or mental energy to go to the gym anymore. Lots on my mind and it’s definitely messing with my rhythm and my progress. Finally started getting it back under control and the bloating has at least gone down and I’m starting to take care of myself more. Slowly starting to feel better about myself again too. So far I’ve lost 25lbs, but due to the recent plateau, I’ve been fluctuating within 3-5lbs. But, I’m slowly starting to be happy again. Had a good Sunday with the boyfriend and his family, we even went to go see the new justice league movie! Just hoping some more of the stress goes away after moving at the end of the year along with some other life garbage I’ve been dealing with 😸I’ve got my boyf and my cat and I’m very grateful for both of them and sorry they both have to deal with my shit 💖 . . . . . . . . #lifeupdate#weightlossjourney#weightloss#fitness#depression#anxiety#progress#life#selfie#moving#school#work
Russian twists ... This core exercise is a good workout for the whole abdomen, but focuses mainly on the oblique muscles on the sides of the abs. Sit on the floor with the knees together and slightly bent. Lean back and take the feet off the floor. Hold both hands in front of you with the elbows slightly bent. Twist from side to side, ensuring you are moving from your waist, not your shoulders!
