Calling todays workout *the Peach* 🍑 Workout! ~All Booty! . Are YOU feeling a little flat in the tush? From all of the sitting we do. Just thinking about my old job - many I’m sure can relate- MANY may have a day like this —sitting driving to work - sitting at work at a desk or in meetings or maybe you travel and drive during work hours to meet with people etc - driving or bus, train, etc commute home - sitting at home to eat, watch TV, use computer, etc etc. . We sit ALOT and DON’T activate the glute muscles enough...resulting in flat unengaged booties. . Today, certainly was a booty day, one that will be felt for sure tomorrow!! One that brings awareness to how much we REALLY USE our booty muscles and don’t realize it (AND should be working them to keep them strong— don’t believe me— just do a good Booty workout and in 24-48hrs just sitting to go potty (yes #momwords) feels like a workout LOL) . I have to share this photo...it’s of a fellow Coach Melissa...she was in the test group for this program and clearly had some *gains* from it! . When one commits to being in an official program launch test group they sign a contract and are committed to specific rules. One being to SHOW what results can be achieved by REALLY committing - no cheating - full dedication to the assigned workouts. . I think these results really do speak for themselves and she clearly answered her own questions and skepticism! . #day2of80#donzo with my ROCKSTARS 🙂.
