Great leg day! 💪🏼 I’m still probably closer to 90% on my strength but I got through it all, and these beasts are howling. FYI, I wish I could say that boo boo on my right knee was some kind of badass battle scar from training but really I just ate it while clearing snow off my car yesterday 🤷🏼♂️
Shoulder workout from the other day. Hopefully this will help cover some of the basics and give you guys an idea of what a typical shoulder workout looks like. Just remember it’s not about how much you lift, it’s all about the form. Keep killing it in the gym guys!!!
