We hit leg day today and finished with some walk/jog circuits on the treadmill. ➡️Swipe Right➡️ If you are short on time and need a quick pump! . I had less than an hour today to get through my lift and cardio! . With days like today I rely on supersets and quadsets for maximum efficiency! . Shoulder complex as seen: 1️⃣ Cups of Water (thumbs up)! 2️⃣ External rotation to shoulder press. (Go lighter, too heavy for me here = bad form)! 3️⃣ Lateral Raise (thumbs up) 4️⃣ DB Front Raise! (Go slow & controlled)! 5️⃣ Bent over Rear Delt Fly (Slow on the way down, feel the stretch)! . When I do my supersets or quadsets I tend you use lighter weights, but I do a lot of volume typically 5 or 6 sets with 12-18 reps, and I really focus on contracting the muscle! . I promise you your shoulders will be pumped after this! Do 5 sets of 12-15 per Exercise & let me know how it goes! . What do y’all typically do when you are short on time? . .
