SHORT - SHARP - EFFECTIVE - T1LT 3.4km March to the gym into 10 Mins Interval cycle work, back into 2km in 15mins March seeing it out to 25mins. Rope work rounds into play time. Then Dips in salt,sauna before quick dunk in hot tub. TRAIL RUN - CONDITIONING - FUN 2nd Session simulation run through Germany straight into studio work more practice needed on wall press-ups. Rope work each round varied back to studio work. Yesterday's early morning PT before work. Slaying ourselves and decided to change it up. Love rucking but I'll admit it's been a hot minute since I've done one. Not enough to run or swim but need to train in all areas I am deficient. Got my boy @camwysong leading the platoon. Not too long of a ruck but still a good start for the platoon and myself.
