I definitely did not want to roll out of bed this am and drive into the city but I can't say no to lululemon and stopping by @doughnutparty definitely made my morning better. MARCH 1st - OCTOBER 21st 🔙 There is a huge difference between skinny and healthy and the scale can sometimes trick us. I was eating almost the same amount of kcal in both pictures, but the difference is unbelievable. What you can't see is the hard work in between, you can't see the effort I put into myself and my workouts, four times a week, every week. A lower weight doesn't equal skinnier, and skinny doesn't equal healthy. On the left I was eating too few carbs and too many proteins, I didn't have much energy at all, and I was constantly tired and frustrated. Now I'm eating the same amount of kcal, but with lots more carbs and less proteins (almost 1g/kg of these ones). I have never felt better. Now I have energy, I am happy, and I love myself. I loved myself on the left picture as well, but seeing the results after months of efforts and, let me tell you, pain, has no price. If you want something really bad, you have to work your butt out of it. No excuses. Ps. My body. My life. I love myself in both pictures and I'm extremely proud of the way I've become. This is not your life, so you don't get to choose the one you prefer, because I honestly don't care ✨ ----------- 🇮🇹 1 MARZO - 21 OTTOBRE 🔙 C'è un'enorme differenza tra essere magri ed essere in forma, e spesso la bilancia ci può ingannare. In entrambe le fotografie stavo mangiando le stesse kcal, ma la differenza è incredibile. Quello che però non si vede è il duro lavoro tra queste due immagini, non si vedono tutti gli sforzi, sia verso me stessa che durante gli allenamenti, quattro volte alla settimana ogni settimana. Penserete che a sinistra ero molto più magra, no? Eppure essere apparentemente 'magri' non significa essere in forma. A sinistra stavo mangiando troppo pochi carboidrati e troppe proteine, non avevo molta energia ed ero costantemente stanca e giù di morale. Ora ho alzato carbo, e non mi sono mai sentita meglio. Ho energia, sono felice e mi piaccio da morire. Mi piacevo
