HUMP DAY HIIT • Sprint on highest incline for 30 secs • Squat jumps with dumbbells (I used 5kg each) • Push ups until you buurrrnn (aim for 10) Repeat 3-4 times. Tip: concentrate on breathing in through your nose and out through your mouth - this will help with recovery!
