Three Months ago I arrived in Tulum, having no idea what would happen the next weeks! #nomamexico was about to start an i was lucky enough to be part of it! I learned a lot about ingredients, new techniques and organisation! Was a hard time with a lot of sweat, but 100% worth it! Now the pop up is over and i'm back in zurich working on my own project!

Last month I went to this super under-the-radar restaurant called Noma Mexico... somebody should write about it, I think the chef is really gonna go places. Mexico, thanks for this crazy run. Thanks my beautiful people of #nomamexico I've been learning so much and thanks to all the people I've met in this country.
