I haven’t had time to try an egg-free mayo yet, but I scored on finding a tuna salad I like without it! 1 can tuna, 1/2 small avocado (mashed), chopped red onion, about a tablespoon of @franksredhot, s+p and garlic powder to taste, then a squeeze of lime over all of it. Best served with a spicy #grillospickles. I could and might eat this for lunch every day this week 🤭
Left: a couple weeks ago. Right: today. Can we just take a second to appreciate the booty gainz that's happening? 😂 There doesn't seem to be much progress in the belly area but if you look closely there definitely is. Also, starting to look less rolly. 😄 . . . Y'all, it's perfectly fine to have stretch marks and rolls though. Nearly everybody has them. Don't feel ashamed! You're normal! We're normal. Love the body you're in because it's the only one you have! ❤️
Let me hear your ideas! I probably haven't worn jeans in over a year because leggings are my go-to pants. My workout this morning was all about the buns and though I do want a strong 🍑 I like longer shirts that cover my butt so it's more appropriate to rock leggings. Outfits like this one and the maroon one you've seen me wearing ever other day are my favorites. Where do you shop for clothes that are a good price but still good quality? Also, show of hands- who only buys $1 sunglasses? I've learned that the more you pay for them the quicker they are broken by little hands. 🙋
I like to consider myself a MOM-ivator, and I am on the search for more MOMIVATORS like ME! • 🤷🏼♀️What’s a Momivator? A woman that is highly motivated by her children, but also by herself, and is willing to stay motivated enough to do the necessary tasks of self care (eat right, exercise, detox) DAILY, while using that same motivation to love, inspire and help others. No 🙅🏼♀️ excuses allowed! • Momivators are, of course, Moms, but like the super hero kind of Moms you hear about, because they know what needs to be done every day, and they make it a point to follow through, no matter what. • Momivators have, what’s seems like, an endless supply of ENERGY, are driven by goals, by rewards, by competition, and by constant desire for improvement, of others and self. • Are you a Momivator or do you know a Momivator yourself? While I truly believe ALL Moms are super hero’s, don’t get me wrong, but I think it takes some otherworldly mindset to turn it up a notch and be a full-fledged Momivator, don’t you? • Raise your hand 🙋🏼♀️ (yes, it’s okay to admit) or tag another Momivator in the comments below!
Alright, mamas, time for another review! Literally, the proof is in the picture.. the pumped bottle on the right: Liquid Gold - the pumped bottle on the left: Cash Cow + Pump Princess combo. LOOK at the fat difference!! . So, I have been taking the Cash Cow + Pump Princess combo for about 4.5 days now && I definitely notice a few differences, here are my thoughts: 1. Let me get the “negative” out of the way. One of the ingredients in Pump Princess is dill. Now, I’m not a huge fan of dill so the smell kind of turns me off + like some fish oil supplements, they aren’t burpless (to me) && you can still taste the dill. I can also smell some of the dill in Landon’s diapers. Am I just crazy or super sensitive to dill? Yeah, probably, but I’d eat a whole jar of it if it meant my milk production increased + remained so fatty. 2. You’re supposed to take 3 of each supplement 3 x’s a day. Like the Liquid Gold, I only take 2 of each supplement 2 x’s a day, minus my placenta + prenatal pills at night. 3. I constantly have that tingly letdown feeling 4. TMI: I feel like I’m producing more milk bc I’m leaking more, like a lot. 5. Example: I nursed Landon last night, 30min on each side bc I kept getting a letdown, but still didn’t feel empty so I pumped for 15min + got an additional 4oz (2oz each side). 6. Landon turned 2mo yesterday, is just shy of 13lbs (an almost 5lbs weight gain since we got home from the hospital), we are exclusively nursing, we nurse on demand, but have a pretty good schedule down (if that makes sense) & have about 500oz stashed away + another 20oz in the fridge! . Truthfully, @legendairymilk has been a lifesaver for me + Landon’s breastfeeding journey. I highly, highly recommend trying out a few of their supplements to see what works best for you. Also, I have found that the MyMedela app has been extremely helpful with logging everything from nursing sessions to pumping sessions to diaper changes, so check that out, too! Best of
Cheers to a new day and actually getting another workout it-it had been a few days!🎉🙌 I may be kind of low on sleep after the last couple nights BUT the few minutes it took me to exercise this morning (plus the long walk to my living room LOL) was totally worth it!!💪 . I hope you choose to make some time for yourself today-whatever that may look like for you! You absolutely deserve it.💕
