I really like this post from @cartergood for foods to chose from when eating out. I know a lot of us struggle with "dieting" because we feel like we can't go out to eat, which is not necessarily true! It's important to keep that balance in our lifestyle, so it's okay to go out and enjoy yourself, but when it's time to stick with the healthier options just know that there ARE plenty of choices that most restaurants offer that will help you stay clean! Mornings...back in the days when I woke up and stretched in Tel Aviv :). This is my feel-good morning routine, which I am trying to follow every day: . -20 minutes Oil pulling with coconut oil (with baby I don't manage to do it every morning anymore, because I wanna talk with and smile at Nailah) - glas of warm water with the juice of half a lemon - Energy Shot: 1/2 Zitrone, Kurkuma, Ingwer und Wasser - nutritious breakfast - some yoga or breathing exercises (unless Nailah is not in the mood to play by herself) . What do you do in the mornings, which makes you feel good?
