Let me explain, especially to any newbies out there thinking about the CCN way of life. Our cleanse phase is conducted with all real foods. The combination of the foods we choose, along with the macro breakdown and frequency of eating is what results in a cleanse or detox phase. We recommend some optional supplements, for instance probiotics, this round we'd recommend vitamin D3 based on the season. . . After partying hard the last few weeks or months, the cleanse symptoms could potentially be brutal: almost flu like, but they should only last a few days. After the fog is lifted, you will be rejuvenated, strong and energetic. Your waistline will thank you too! We strongly believe that weight loss is secondary in choosing a healthy and sustainable lifestyle. Feeling the difference is what results in permanent change. . . The New Year's 10 Day Reset is designed to reduce the amount of toxins that have built up over the holiday season and of course help start your year off on the right foot. . . Lastly, there's no failing at our challenges. We promise even if you can't do one day, you will have some takeaway that will last forever. . . Costellotrainingandnutrition: choose your fruit wisely. National guidance on fruit and vegetables can be misleading. Here you can see the difference in calories between each fruit. If your going to have between 5-10 portions then this will add up 💫🍐🍎🍇🥑
I really like this post from @cartergood for foods to chose from when eating out. I know a lot of us struggle with "dieting" because we feel like we can't go out to eat, which is not necessarily true! It's important to keep that balance in our lifestyle, so it's okay to go out and enjoy yourself, but when it's time to stick with the healthier options just know that there ARE plenty of choices that most restaurants offer that will help you stay clean! I hope this helps some of you 🤗💪🏻
Mornings...back in the days when I woke up and stretched in Tel Aviv :). This is my feel-good morning routine, which I am trying to follow every day: . -20 minutes Oil pulling with coconut oil (with baby I don't manage to do it every morning anymore, because I wanna talk with and smile at Nailah) - glas of warm water with the juice of half a lemon - Energy Shot: 1/2 Zitrone, Kurkuma, Ingwer und Wasser - nutritious breakfast - some yoga or breathing exercises (unless Nailah is not in the mood to play by herself) . What do you do in the mornings, which makes you feel good?
