The pathway to living a more joyful life is through gratitude. We often resist being grateful or put if off because we’re reaching for those extraordinary moments such as getting married, going on holiday, reaching a milestone in our career. BUT your life doesn’t just exist in extraordinary moments. There is good everywhere in your life, even in these ordinary moments and even if you are facing challenges. The question is: are you open to experiencing and recognizing it? ✨Tap the link in my bio @annabellematson to check out my free video on how to get out of a rut and be happy now! ✨ Are you open to new experiences? The time I actually didn’t fall into a stream crossing! Love being outdoors... I feel so fueled with life and energy, I get a sense of healthiness. I don’t even care what I look like or how bad I smell, as long as I have trails to roam and some banana and peanut butter! 🍌
