The wait it’s finally over . Tomorrow it’s gonna be a very special day for me. In these months I thought a lot to myfuture , coming to the conclusion that of all my passions the cuisine it’s probably the best one. We Italians are always known as the best people able to cook following our Grandmother’s recipes . Our traditions have always been envied by the entire world. That’s why I’m gonna study cuisine into the best cooking school in Italy. I’m talking about “ @alma_scuola_cucina “ . The main owner is @gualtieromarchesi that is the Father of Italian Cuisine . Lot of great Italian Chefs studied under him. For example @chef_carlo_cracco and @davideoldani . I love the way they cook , their recipes and their passion making incredible dishes. But they are not my favorite. I mean they’re great but the person who made me fall in love with the cuisine is @massimobottura , the best chef in the world in my opinion. As you can see in the picture here’s one of his best creation called “ Oops - Mi è caduta la crostatina “ in English “ Oops - I dropped the lemon tarte “ His Suis chef, Taka, recounts a story of how Taka was making 3 lemon tarts and one of them accidentally fell. Taka was very dissapointed and wanted to do “hara kiri” on himself. In comes Massimo, looks at the fallen lemon tart on the ground and sees a new item in the restaurant. He created a de-constructed lemon tart from this “failure. Remeber . Always learn from mistakes . Bottura always says “ Dream. If you can dream it, you can make it. As we left Osteria Francescana, the staff gifted us this balsamic vinegar from @massimobottura. Eating it today, simply dipping fresh sourdough I can safely say that I have never had real balsamic vinegar before. The flavour is phenomenal.
