This breakfast was everything 🙌🙏🏻🤤 Apple + potato hash with chicken, bacon, a crispy fried egg, and avocado. All over arugula tossed with evoo, lemon juice, and hot sauce. These #whole30meals are just the pits. . It’s day 17 and I’m feeling good. I’ve made this hash for the whole week, but I’ve had to tweak it to keep me satiated. I find that if I don’t lay a solid breakfast foundation, I get real snacky later in the day. . I don’t think I ate enough food during my first #whole30, and the whole30 day by day book has been so helpful in figuring out proper portions this time around.
