I've been dealing with some personal issues (trying to deal with my kids, frustrations at work, money, school, my mental health issues...just to name a few) that I have let become excuses for missing workouts and eating like crap. Honestly, I thought about throwing in the towel all together, but then I keep trying to remind myself why I started in the first place and on top of that I have an obligation to the amazing women in my accountability group! . Our end goals and results may be different, but we have all chosen our path for the same basic reason...TO FEEL BETTER ABOUT OURSELVES! TO REACH OUR GOALS! .
