💢Know your protein💢 - Many people think that the options on the right are high in protein🤭. In reality, they have a very low protein🤷🏼‍♂️. I'm not saying to not enjoy the options on the right. I'm just saying that there are other foods filled with protein🤫. I personally enjoy the foods on the right, but not as my protein sources🤗. In my opinion, I think everyone should at one point in their life track their macronutrients (protein, fats, and carbohydrates) and calories with a food scale to get a better understanding of what is in their food and knowing what a proper portion size looks like😁. Enjoy the foods you love in moderation. Hiit, Musculação ou aeróbio contínuo, qual dessas opções aumenta mais o metabolismo❓ • O aumento/aceleração do metabolismo é uma das ferramentas que podemos utilizar para auxiliar no processo de emagrecimento e também no de manutenção de peso (para aqueles que já estão satisfeitos com a sua composição corporal). . Mas, a musculação, o treinamento intervalado (Hiit) ou aeróbio contínuo podem potencializar esta ferramenta❓ • Um estudo realizado recentemente (2016) comparou o aumento do metabolismo pós treino de 10 homens treinados, nas três modalidades citadas acima (Hiit, contínuo e musculação). As análises mostraram que a musculação e o Hiit aumentaram o metabolismo após 12 e 21hrs do final do exercício. Mostrando um gasto superior para a musculação. (Greer e colaboradores, 2016) . Esse estudo revela que quando queremos induzir a aceleração do metabolismo (por intermédio do exercício físico) a musculação e o treinamento intervalado são os mais indicados. De qualquer forma, o aeróbio contínuo não pode ser descartado. Ele pode ser utilizado com a finalidade de potencializar outros instrumentos importantes para o emagrecimento e para a manutenção do peso.
