Seems like lately, everyone and their mother has been making amazing looking cauli pizza creations with @califlourfoods and @traderjoes crusts. . I’m all about tying new stuff, but earlier this week, I had cauli rice two days in a row, and Charlie’s diapers were a bit.....unfriendly. . But man that pizza craving is strong. So I bought @udisglutenfree pizza crust and made this amazing creation: . @raoshomemade marinara, @wholefoodsunionnj walnut quinoa pesto, leftover grilled chicken boob, mixed greens, @daiyafoods cutting board mozzarella shreds, @followyourheart provolone slice. . Another day, another spinach pesto. Leftover from another recipe I usually make this rather than let the spinach go mouldy at the bottom of the fridge! This one has a small bag of spinach, 1/2 cup of nuts/seeds (I used walnuts topped up with my sesame/sunflower/pumpkin seed mix), 1/4 cup of oil, 2 taps of garlic purée, pinch of salt, blend until smooth. My poor blender only does a course version, I think a new one might be on the cards this year!
