Organizational habits are the most important utilities we use everyday. Habit changing is also very important. When we have a habit that helps us with navigation, or having useful work techniques we are speeding up our personal productivity. When we are chewing on our nails, picking up our phone too much, etc. we have a problem that needs to be reversed. A habit can't usually be rid of like we normally want to train our minds to do. That habit must be replaced with a productive habit. Habits help us with dietary orderliness, cleanliness, working, and sports.
