Just reflecting on one of my beautiful memories with my flower girl Annabelle on my wedding day. One thing I have learned through my illnesses is how powerful positive thinking is for healing💫💕When it all gets a bit much and I am feeling why me and the negative mindset starts to form. I close my eyes and take myself back to a beautiful memory. I immerse myself in that moment as if I am there. Or I will sit looking at my little son and look at his cute little round curls, his chubby little hands and his big brown dough eyes and feel the love. It's amazing how you can shift a negative thought to a beautiful feeling of love 💕💫💜try it it works! #throwbackthursday#happythursday#plantbased#autoimmunedisease#gravesdisease#thyroideyedisease#positvevibes#crueltyfree#vegan#vegansofig#foodismedicine
