Since it's #inktober and #tattootuesday I'll show you guys my three tattoos with their backstory. They were originally done up by @bernarddunntattoo in Vegas and touched up by @maurex.madhouse.tattoo in Japan. Both of them are extremely talented tattoo artists. My first tattoo was the skull + ace of spades. It signifies the first and most important chapter of my life after Mormonism. I got it 16 hours after losing my virginiy, thus making my self-liberation from the Mormon cult official. The KM means Krav Maga, which is what I trained in for 4 years and taught for 2, and it was the means for me to overcome a lot of the anxiety and insecurities imposed by that oppressive cult and it's self-righteous, bigoted, asshole followers. (No offense to my Mormon friends and followers. You guys are good in my book.) The blue is because I stopped training when I was a blue belt. The Greninja tattoo is my favorite. Greninja is my favorite Pokemon. I got it in 2014, after I reaffirmed my relationship with my brothers. Pokemon, like family, have been there for me at every stage of my life thru the good and the bad. During those Mormon years, it was the cool fiction I could use for an escape. The third tattoo is from 2015 and it's Fierce Deity Link. Link is a hero. He's good just for the sake of being good. And in Majora's Mask, the game symbolically goes thru the DADBA grieving process. It's my constant reminder to be good to people just for the sake of being good, stand up to those who are toxic and harmful, and to find meaning in suffering.
