I really like the T-Bar, especially with the handle that Greater Fitness has. As long as I keep the weight medium-ish, the contraction and feel of the movement is second to none. ____________ Unfortunately, I need to exchange this movement out more often than I’d like as any pulling exercise without chest support taxes my low back a lot. ____________ Now if I wanted to do only pulling exercises, I absolutely could, but it would limit what I can do for my lower body. In other words, I care more about doing a lot of squats and deadlifts at a decent weight rather than doing a lot of bent over row movements.
Have spent a lot of time pulling myself apart this prep and have been really disheartened with myself but now looking back I think it's been a good thing I've been so harsh on myself over the last couple of months or I probably wouldn't have pulled together the package I have. 💪🏼 Still 25 days to go and finally feeling positive about the end package I'll be bringing to that world stage even if I do look like a run down smack head🤣
