THRIVE Thursday! What does Thriving look and feel like to you? Thriving is the opposite to surviving and struggling. Thriving is exciting, energizing, freeing, and joyful. It's being in a place or space or being where You are YOU at your Best. Your in your zone, or flow or purpose or your zone of genius. So how do we go from striving, settling, struggling to thriving? Do we have to go through the guck and yuck to get to thriving? I believe to get to thriving it is a journey. However I think along the way we can set ourselves up to thrive. Thriving is also a mindset, a choice, a decision, and a practice. It is defined by each one of us for ourselves. To thrive is to be at your Best. To feel free, perform at your peak, be in an environment, setting, surroundings, and state that gives you growth and ignites your potential. You deserve to thrive! The first step is deciding what you need to thrive and one action you can take in your life right now to thrive.

It’s my personal mission to use my pain and adversity to breakthrough that barrier that is stopping me from reaching my ultimate fulfillment in life .
